Restaurants - Wining and dining at the Kanika Pantheon is an immense pleasure beginning with a sumptuous buffet breakfast. A wide range of international and local specialities are served in the gracious surroundings of the Diana restaurant. Dining includes à la carte, table d’Hôte, magnificent hot and cold buffets and B-B-Q's. Irresistible snacks and pastries are served in the informal Ledo cafeteria.
Aperitifs, after-dinner drinks and nightcaps are served to the accompaniment of live piano or guitar music in the Bacchus bar. Long cool drinks and nibbles are available at the Apollo pool bar.
Two swimming pools (one is heated plus a kiddies pool are set in quiet gardens. Fun and games include floodlit tennis, billiards, video and a TV room. There’s a fully equipped gym for the health conscious with a sauna and Jacuzzi, all in the Estia health club where you can also get a massage, pedicure and manicure.  An entertainment program is organised by the hotel with a number of theme nights, wine tasting, bingo and competitions
